Returns/Exchanges

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Returns/exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in brand new, unused condition, with original packaging and all accessories to qualify for refund or exchange. All items are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 days of arrival and inspection and does not include original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we are at fault. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns. Items found to be D.O.A. or defective can be exchanged for a new replacement. Please contact us for return/exchange request before returning any item. Otherwise, the return will not be processed.

U.S. Domestic Exchanges:

During the first 30 days of purchase, there is no charge for the first domestic exchange. Each additional exchange during the 30 day period will incur a $3.50 charge to be applied towards shipping and delivery confirmation of the new item. Shipping fee must be paid in advance beginning with the second exchange. After the 30 day return/exchange window, the terms of the lifetime warranty will be in effect. Please note tungsten jewelry cannot be resized and must be replaced with a new ring. Please contact us prior to any exchange, otherwise your exchange will not be processed.

International Exchanges:

ALL international exchanges incur a $11.95 USD charge prior to new item shipping. This covers actual shipping charge by the U.S. Post Office for standard international mail. Shipping method may be upgraded upon request. After the 45 days return/exchange window, the terms of the lifetime warranty will be in effect. Please note tungsten jewelry cannot be resized and must be replaced with a new ring. Please contact us prior to any exchange, otherwise your exchange will not be processed.
